HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Your package will be ready to ship within 3-8 days (usually within 4 days). The time is valid for any article available on the site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
pieces are the property of Rita Paix\u00e3o until full payment is received. Rita Paix\u00e3o reserves the right to postpone shipment of products until full payment is received. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER OUTSIDE PORTUGAL?
Depends on what you bought and where you order from. However, in some rare cases, we also experience longer shipping times due to holiday periods or customs assessment intervals. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. So some items may arrive earlier than others. If you want to know the status of your purchases, send us an email with your name and order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ADDRESS?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please email us as soon as possible at ritapaixaos.heartstudio@gmail.com if you would like to change or cancel your order. Please note that once the item has been processed and marked as shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancellations to your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned, there will be a re-shipping fee of \u20ac5 to \u20ac10 per item\/package or higher if the order is placed outside Portugal. Depending on the reason for the return, we may or may not charge you the reshipping cost if you want us to replace your package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following return reasons require a resend fee (if you want us to resend your package):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unknown Reason\/Refused or Rejected \u2013 Customs duty, import duty or extra fees not paid by the recipient;
Insufficient\/Incorrect Address \u2013 The recipient incorrectly entered a wrong address;
Unclaimed Parcels \u2013 Parcels left at customs and local post offices and were not claimed within the allotted time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PRICES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prices shown on the website refer to one unit. Packaging is always included in our price; however, if the customer requires specific packaging, they will be charged as ordered and this will incur additional costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
TRANSFER COSTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the transfer costs differ depending on the country\/bank, they are always borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TRANSPORT FEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The choice of carrier is our choice, unless otherwise stated in the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transport costs may vary depending on the carrier as well as the place of destination, weight and type of item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
POLICY ON FEES AND DAMAGES CLAIMS AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Title to the article passes to the buyer at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in Portugal. All products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refusal of damaged goods does not relieve the buyer of responsibility to pay for the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of defect in the Scarves section: failure to notify damages within the first 48 hours after receiving the order will result in the denial of the claim in the case of clothing accessories, in this specific case, any damage must be reported to Rita Paix\u00e3o and Photographic evidence of damage must be sent via email available on the website. We will proceed with the exchange for a new item or the allocation of a voucher of equal value. The consumer will have to return the defective item in order to get the money back after evaluation by our team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the specific case of the canvas, returns will not be accepted without the written consent of Rita Paix\u00e3o. Unauthorized returns will be refused at customers' expense. According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer from a medium other than the physical establishment, such as the internet, has 7 days from the date of delivery of the order to return the purchase and request a return. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product must contain undamaged packaging and labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AUTHOR POLICY ON THE INTERNET<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The internet sites of eventual resellers may not advertise or display the Rita Paix\u00e3o name, logo, product images or any other emblems or information of proprietary companies without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reseller websites may not display prices for limited edition pieces, promotional offers, discounts or value statements (eg advertisements not previously agreed with Rita Paix\u00e3o). Contact Rita Paix\u00e3o for more company guidelines on Internet use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DISTRIBUTION POLICY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rita Paix\u00e3o reserves the right to refuse to sell to any dealer whose distribution or sales practices have a negative effect on our ability to compete or sell in a particular world region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PRODUCT STANDARDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each artistic production by Rita Paix\u00e3o is exclusive. While every effort is made in the structural appearance of the product, slight variations may occur. The frame wood of the canvas, for example, may show slight changes over time and Rita Paix\u00e3o cannot be held responsible for natural occurrences of the material itself. The same happens with the natural deterioration of tissues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
